Laminate flooring is loose and is attached to nothing. If you do not leave space around the laminate it is unable to naturally expand contract and with time it may warp and lose its shape and strength.

Our price guarantee of Carpetright is as follows: If within 28 days after you purchase your floor you find the same outstanding quality in the store of one of our competitors for a lower price, we will refund you the difference!*

We act as an agents for independent floorcoverings fitters who are skilled and experienced and can arrange for them to deliver and fit your new floorcovering. Please ask a Carpetright store near you.

We give a minimum FIVE YEAR guarantee on most carpets, from the date of purchase providing it is fitted onto the appropriate new Carpetright underlay by a competent fitter in accordance with the requirements of BS 5325. This guarantee applies to carpets fitted in the UK and Ireland only. Some carpets even have 10, 12 or 15 year guarantee.

Our vinyl flooring comes with warranties that last TEN YEARS and most of our quality laminate comes with an astonishing TWENTY FIVE YEAR wear warranty.
