If, within 28 days after purchase of your carpet, vinyl, luxury vinyl, laminate, wood flooring or rug, you find the exact same product in a store of one of our competitors for a lower price, we will refund you the difference.

Terms and Conditions

Our price promise applies to carpet, vinyl, laminate, luxury vinyl, wood floor coverings and beds and mattresses, and does not include floor preparation, delivery charges, doormats, underlay, gripper, glue or ancillary products. Any competing quotation must be for that same product only.

Where a request to match a competing quote from another Irish retailer is made at the point of sale, the competing quote must have been provided within the immediately preceding 28 days, be in writing and we must be able to identify the retailer who has provided the quotation.

We’ll not refund the difference in circumstances where you have placed an order with us and the price of the products ordered have subsequently been reduced. In accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, floor preparation and/or fitting cost is charged by and payable directly to the independent fitter on the day your order is fitted.

Retailers may use different names for the same products. Our price promise applies to the same products, by whichever name those products are called by other retailers.

The price promise applies up to 28 days after purchase. In the unlikely event that you wish to claim a refund, please provide us with details of your order, the competitor, date, product details, warranty and delivery charges and the price displayed so that your claim can be verified. Once verified we’ll make payment in respect of the claim as appropriate. Refunds for valid claims will be processed by your local store or our Store Support Office and issued back using the same payment method in which the transaction was made. A cheque will be issued if the order was paid for in cash.

We reserve the right to withdraw the price promise where we suspect any fraudulent activity.
